内容提要

  

    科技与教育是强国之基、民族复兴之源。王伯鲁著的《建设世界科技教育强国（英文版）》从科技体制改革、科技创新道路、教育体制改革、学校思想政治工作、哲学社会科学发展五个层面，梳理和解读了习近平有关科技与教育工作的一系列重要论述。习近平立足当代科技革命与教育发展大趋势，从中华民族伟大复兴的历史高度，深刻阐明了新时期我国科技和教育改革发展的重大理论和实践问题，指明了科技与教育改革发展的目标和方向，提出了一系列新理念新思想新战略，丰富和发展了中国特色社会主义理论，开辟了治国理政的新境界。

    王伯鲁，1962年8月出生，陕西韩城人。先后就读于西北大学、中国科学技术大学和中国人民大学，分别获得理学学士、哲学硕士和哲学博士学位。现为中国人民大学哲学院教授、中国自然辩证法研究会常务理事和学术工作委员会副主任兼秘书长、北京市自然辩证法研究会副理事长。近年来在《哲学研究》《中国人民大学学报》《自然辩证法通讯》《自然辩证法研究》等刊物上发表论文110余篇，出版著作7部。主持并完成国家社会科学基金等省部级研究项目7项，获省级社会科学成果二等奖3项、三等奖1项。曾获铁道部优秀教师、四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选、甘肃省高校青年教师成才奖等荣誉称号。
