    近60年来,汪承灏院士一直从事超声学和物理声学领域的研究。研究内容主要包括晶体声学,声表面波和高频体声波换能器、器件和系统,固体中的弹性波,声栅,声学时间反转方法,功率超声,声空化,压电换能器,声学微机电系统等。
    中国科学院声学研究所编的《汪承灏院士论文选集(精)》收录了汪承灏院士代表性论文80余篇,反映了他在超声学和物理声学领域取得的主要成绩。
