内容提要
韩国至中亚地区的货物运输问题一直以来受到关注但未得到有效地解决,大陆桥运输途经国家较多,多式联运的连接效率性,沿途国家的通关手续问题,基础设施的不足和语言文化法律上的差异导致大陆桥运输效率性低下并且运输成本高。习近平2013年提出的“一带一路”发展方案恰恰是大陆桥运输的促进利好政策,在此政策的大力推动下,大陆桥沿线国家正在积极配合逐步形成大陆桥多式联运的发展方案,此项政策的出台将为韩国至中亚地区的货物运输起到促进作用。王莹著的《共享发展视角下的港口选择和多式联运路径规划(英文版)》结合实证和大陆桥运行现状,分析韩国至中亚地区的大陆桥运输路径(通过节点和连线的有机结合对行程路径进行分析),不仅可以为韩国企业在“一带一路”政策下寻找商机而且可以解决大陆桥运输中的路径选择问题。
作者简介
王莹,女,1987年生,山东烟台人。现为烟台大学经济管理学院讲师,毕业于韩国仁川大学物流研究生院,获得博士学位。并且,为了增加个人的科研能力于2015年进入了博士后科研流动站进行了半年的学习。
硕博期间发表了数篇期刊论文,其中包括SSCI级期刊论文4篇,收录于Maritime Economics&Logistics,Transport Policy,Journal of Air transport Management,Tourism Management;EI期刊1篇,收录于Journal of Applied Scionce and Engineering,其他外文期刊数篇,收录于Asian Journal of Shipping and Logistics等;并且现为期刊Asian Journal of Shipping and Logistics的编辑组成员。主要研究方向和领域包括物流优化方案,供应链管理,海运经济,港口管理,航空城规划及管理,物流公司实务英语/韩语,模糊理论,系统动态学建模等。
