内容提要
王跃春主编的《生理学实验指南及医学研究基础》根据作者多年的教学经验和实践编写而成。为适应功能实验室平台的建设,本书介绍了学生进行观察和掌握的核心实验内容,对两种常规使用的软件系统(BL-420i integrated Signal acquisition and processing system 和Webchat system 4000 for human experiments)进行详细的介绍;为了顺应建设高水平大学和培养具有科研思维和创新精神的复合型人才的需要,增加了实验报告和科研论文的书写规范与技巧、生理学实验设计、基本医学科研方法。为实现高等教育要提高学生人文素养和创新意识的目标,书中还增加了与“诺贝尔生理或医学奖”相关的生理学经典实验的介绍等内容。
本书能反映学科最新教学、科研成果和时代特色,且满足我校建设高水平大学的人才培养目标的需要;内容有创新性和实践性特点,符合学生的知识基础、心理特点和认识规律。
作者简介
王跃春,血液内科学博士,暨南大学基础医学院生理学系副教授,硕士生导师,主要研究方向为神经生理与临床以及干细胞生理与临床。2010—2012年在香港大学李嘉诚医学院外科学系、2013—2015年在美国加州罗马琳达大学生理学系及神经生物学研究室做访问学者。广东省“生理学精品课程”“双语生理学网络课程”“广东省生理学教学团队项目”以及教育部“来华留学优质示范课程生理学”的核心成员。在教学方面,主持完成“人体生理学”和“诺贝尔奖解析一医学篇”两项优质示范课程,广受好评;开设通识教育核心课程“诺贝尔奖解析一医学篇”。以第一作者发表SCI论文8篇。主持各类科研课题8项。编写出版《感觉器官生理学》《环境生理学》、ClinicalRespiratory Medicine, Peptide Nanofiber Scaffold forBrain Tissue Reconstruction等多本著作和教材。
