内容提要

  

    杨泽伟主编的《海上共同开发协定续编》是“海上共同开发国际案例与实践研究丛书”中的一本，本书对海上共同开发的相关国际协定、条约等国际法文件进行了汇编整理，按照所涉及的共同开发事由进行编排，本书分成上下两篇，上篇为国外的相关法律文件，下编为我国相关法律文件。本书对研究海上共同开发具有很好的资料价值。

    杨泽伟，1968年9月生，湖南新宁人。法学博士，教育部长江学者奖励计划特聘教授、武汉大学国际法研究所（国家高端智库）博士研究生导师。国家社科基金重大招标项目首席专家、国家社科基金重大研究专项首席专家、教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目首席专家、湖北省有突出贡献的中青年专家。德国马克斯·普朗克比较公法与国际法研究所访问学者、英国邓迪大学访问教授。曾入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才”支持计划，获霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年教师基金资助，总主编“新能源法律政策研究丛书”（13卷）、“海上共同开发国际案例与实践研究丛书”（9卷），独著《国际法析论》（第4版）、《国际法史论》（第2版）、《主权论》、《国际法》（第3版）和《中国能源安全法律保障研究》等，在《法学研究》、《中国法学》、《世界历史》、Journal of East Asia & International Law（SSCI）、Hong Kong Law Journal（SSCI）、Journal of the History of International Law、Groningen Journal of International Law等发表中英文学术论文数十篇。
