    本书将首先系统介绍中国贫困标准制定、贫困区域的划定、致贫因素等相关问题。其次从中国扶贫政策的演变的入手，梳理当代中国扶贫政策的历史渊源。再次，系统分析中国开发式扶贫、社会保障、其他惠农政策等减贫方式的主要做法。进一步地从这些做法中总结中国扶贫的基本经验。最后对中国的精准扶贫问题进行深入分析，并对精准扶贫的未来进行展望，以期使广大读者更深入地了解当代中国的扶贫。

    汪三贵，中国人民大学农业与农村发展学院教授，反贫困问题研究中心主任，国务院扶贫开发领导小组专家咨询委员会委员，世界银行等多个国际机构咨询专家。国家社科重大项目首席专家。出版学术专著9部，发表学术论文150余篇。荣获第四届中国农村发展研究奖和国务院扶贫办首届“友成扶贫科研成果奖”。被国务院扶贫开发领导小组评为全国扶贫开发先进个人。
