内容提要

  

    近年来，在中国农业农村部的高度重视下，各级渔业主管部门及水产技术推广、水生动物疫病预防控制、水产科研机构围绕“努力确保不发生重大区域性动物疫情、努力确保不发生重大农产品质量安全事件”，坚持“以防为主，防控结合”的方针，以水生动物防疫机构建设为抓手，不断健全水生动物防疫体系；以水生动物疫病监测为抓手，不断完善防疫工作机制；以防疫标准化建设为抓手，不断提升防疫技术水平；以检疫人员技术培训为抓手，不断加强防疫队伍建设；以水产健康养殖技术推广为抓手，不断提高水产健康养殖水平。目前，中国水生动物防疫体系已初具规模，水生动物防疫标准化体系初步形成，水生动物疫病测报机制初步建立，水生动物疫病防控能力不断提升，保障了水产品安全有效供给，为推进中国现代渔业建设作出了重要贡献。本书为英文版，对2019年中国水生动物卫生状况进行了阐述。
