    何毅亭，现任中央党校（国家行政学院）分管日常工作的副校（院）长（正部长级）。曾任中央办公厅调研室副处长，中央政策研究室副处长、处长，党建组副组长（副局级）、组长（正局级）。2000年6月任中央政策研究室副主任，2009年4月任中央政策研究室主持常务工作的副主任（正部长级）。第十八届中央委员，第十三届全国人大常委会委员、社会建设委员会主任委员。
