作者简介

    万碧玉(工学博士),研究员,现任中国城市科学研究会智慧城市联合实验室首席科学家。
    日本国立神户大学博士毕业,主要从事空间信息技术、人工智能、物联网技术等研究工作。曾任启明集团海外事业部主任,日本神户大学研究员,文部科学省年青科学家支持基金获得者。现任国际标准组织ISO TC268 SCl智慧城市基础设施计量分技术委员会副主席,国际电工委员会智慧城市系统评价组IEC SEG1工作组负责人。北京邮电大学兼职教授,香港中文大学客座讲师。主要从事智慧城市(城市科学)理论与政策研究、标准化、国际合作等。
