内容提要

  

    于湘晖、吴永革、马俊锋编的《生物学英语与论文写作》第二版是吉林大学作者团队基于多年的实际教学经验总结和整理而成。全书共分为两部分。第一部分是课文，内容涵盖生物化学、酶工程、分子生物学、动物学、微生物学、遗传学、细胞生物学、基因组学、生物信息学、系统发育生物学和基因编辑等领域，力求扩大专业覆盖面和单词量。第二部分是科技英语写作，系统介绍英文科技文章的写作知识。
    第二版在素材的选择方面既注意广泛性，又注意新颖性，特别是增加了在生物学研究领域的新研究方向和技术，使学生既学习了英文语言，又能了解前沿专业知识，例如二代基因测序和CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑等。为了便于学习，课文后附有单词表（注明音标）和难句分析。
    《生物学英语与论文写作》不仅可以作为生命科学各学科本科生的专业英语教材，并且适合研究生专业阅读和写作学习，也可以作为青年教师和从事生物学相关人员的专业英语学习材料。
