    中国作为目前全球最大的能源消费国和生产国,可以说已经处于全球能源事务的中心位置,中国对于国际能源问题的全球治理发挥着越来越重要的影响。本书介绍中国积极推动能源生产和消费方式变革,提高能源绿色、低碳、智能发展水平,努力走出一条清洁、高效、安全、可持续的能源发展之路;同时在积极参与地区性和全球性的能源对话机制与合作进程中,提出一系列新倡议新举措,如创办APEC可持续能源中心,探讨建立全球能源互联网等,促进全球能源治理体系向更有效、更高效的方向发展。

作者简介

    刘强,中国社会科学院数量经济与技术经济研究所主任,经济学博士。中国社会科学院全球能源安全智库论坛秘书长,中国社会科学院数量经济与技术经济研究所资源研究室主任,中国社会科学院中国循环经济与环境评估预测研究中心常务理事、副主任,北京师范大学中国能源与战略资源研究中心副主任。2012年8月联合美国能源安全理事会、全球安全研究所(美国)创立全球能源安全智库论坛(GFES),任秘书长,负责论坛的全面组织工作,至今已经成功举办三届。目前全球能源安全智库论坛已经成为全球能源安全研究与政策领域的重要国际活动平台,受到各国政府和智库的高度重视,各国能源部门、驻华使馆、智库、大学、企业多派代表参会。主要研究方向为能源与战略资源,包括能源安全与政策、水资源、石油价格、新能源、循环经济等,对宏观经济、经济模型、农村和信息化问题也有研究。
